Mr. Waqas Halim joined IPL in 2012 after completing his BSC in Electrical Engineering from The University of Lahore; and completed his MBA from The University of Punjab in 2016. During his tenure at IPL, he has served under various functions including Quality Assurance, Services and Monitoring & Reporting. Currently he is looking after critical functions i.e inventory management, Service Level Agreement life cycle & compliance, internal KPI’s monitoring including Services budgetary control. He was awarded “Employee of the Year” for 2015 and 2017; and was also awarded “Manager of the Year” in 2019. He is now leading the Central Services as Senior Manager.

Mr. Waqas Noor joined IPL in 2011 after having worked in leading telecom companies for over six years. He completed his degree in Computer Sciences from University of Management & Technology Lahore and has also received various certifications from PIQC including ISO 9001 Implementation, Documentation & Control. During his tenure at IPL, he was awarded “Manager of the Year” for 2014, 2015 and 2018; and was also awarded “Employee of the Year” in 2019. He is now leading the Countrywide Operations, VAS Support & Field Engineering Team in his current role as Vice President Regional Services.

Asrar heads the Software Solutions & Marketing functions at IPL. He holds an MBA from SZABIST, Karachi and has over 15 years of providing innovative experiences to a diversified range of clientele – from leading financial institutions to OMCs and FMCGs. He was previously associated with ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited, under ORIX Network, and e-Access Private Limited.His forte is problem solving for his customers with a keen focus on optimizing experiences with digital solutions. He has been an integral part of multiple digital payment initiatives in Pakistan – delivering high powered banking solutions and developing specialty software solutions.

Mirza Khawar Baig leads the Project Management Office as General Manager. Before joining IPL he had 11 years of experience working with leading IT and Communication organizations including PTCL, which has made him cognizant of heading and completing multiple project effectively and efficiently. He holds an MBA and a MS Economics degrees, and a certified PMP®, which adds to his project management abilities. He has been part of IPL family since 2009 and is one of the key players in company’s successful completion of projects across Pakistan.

Khurram Shahnawaz Rana heads the Human Resource function for Innovative Pvt Ltd. He comes to IPL with more than 17 years of experience working in the field of HR. He has an MPhil in HR from NCBA&E and is also CHRP certified. He is a published author in his field. Most recently he was working with Raaziq International as Group Head of Human Resource while before that he worked with KSB Pumps and TRG (IBEX) in Pakistan.

Rizwan is extremely client centric and in his diverse 40 years experience. He has worked in senior positions in Administration, MIS, HR, Operations and Services areas. His fabulous interpersonal skills and Engineering construction companies experience drives the commitment to improve upon the facilities and services for internal clients. His exposure to ISO 9001 during his previous jobs with DESCON & Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd helps him to put people and processes in place to deliver quality administrative services. He has worked for many renowned Organizations such as Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) Taxila, DESCON Engineering, Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Limited and Beaconhouse Informatics (Pvt) Limited.

An experienced finance professional having more than 25 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Corporate Affairs, Management Accounting, Auditing, Budgeting, Business & Strategy Formulation, Supply Chain, Billing & Settlement Operations. Ashfaq has a proven track record in business improvement. He is particularly strong in building on what works well and addressing key strategic initiatives quickly. He brings sound and rapid transformation to improve company’s financial performance.

Ghazal Younus is heading Banking Solutions Division as Senior Vice President Sales. She possesses over 20 years of professional experience mostly in top ranking advertising concerns namely Leo Burnett Pakistan & J Walter Thompson. She has managed high-value business accounts and leveraged her leadership skills to successfully promote new products and launch effective marketing campaigns. She holds an MBA degree from Hamdard University.

Mansoor Ahmed Jilani is a seasoned professional having a proven track record in Client advocacy in his 37 years of professional career. His client-centric approach has won many a laurels for him in the advertising and media industry. He has to his credit a rich experience of over 25 years in senior management positions as Head of Marketing and PR as well as Executive Director with leading organizations. Before joining Innovative Pvt Limited, he was working as Business Lead (North) in HRS Global.

Naveed established Innovative’s Karachi operations in early 90s which then quickly became the engine of growth for the company. Naveed in his capacity as Chief Executive provides leadership to the company. Previously, Naveed has been instrumental in successfully launching and establishing APC and Wincor Nixdorf as leading brands in Pakistan in their categories. Prior to joining Innovative, Naveed has worked for Ferguson Associates (partner of the then Price Waterhouse), Gallup International and Hamdard University.
